Целесообразно также обозначить способы распределения финансовых обязательств, связанных с процессом переселения. Необходимо создание условий, в которых различные стороны смогут сделать возможным переселение животных, сбалансированно распределив сопутствующие расходы.
В решении данного вопроса следует предусмотреть элемент диспозитивности в виде кодексов практики по переселению животных из вивариев. Такие кодексы могли бы регламентировать процедуру переселения животного с учётом его биологического вида.
Следует напоминать лицензиатам учреждений, исследователям, заводчикам, любым посредническим организациям и другим общественным объединениям об их общей ответственности, и, следовательно, о важности координации и сотрудничества при освобождении животных, прошедших через опыты.
