Look deeper into this emptiness. Does it have boundaries?

Who is observing the emptiness right now?

As you continue to become aware of the infinity within, this emptiness begins to reveal its secrets. Allow yourself to see planets, the cosmos, stars, the entire Universe within it, all while maintaining a sense of deep serenity and peace – the state of Being. This is you. Your consciousness. Your Eternal Self – the one who always perceives its "I Am" in any moment of remembering itself.

Here, in this space, you are not attached to personal stories or roles. Everything dissolves. Thoughts and images, like water molecules, disperse into the emptiness. They arise from nowhere and disappear into nothing. Here, you are everything and nothing at once.

Take a deep breath, exhale slowly, and open your eyes.

Look at the physical reality. Everything you see here is a projection born from beliefs, concepts, and experiences that formed within the inner matrix structure. You can even imagine it within the very emptiness you just observed. This is a recurring illusion. Birth and death, as familiar to the mind, are merely images loaded into perception, like moments from an infinite simulation. When consciousness sleeps, everything dissolves.

We die and are born every day, but not in the way we usually perceive the end of life with burial or birth with a hospital, doctors, and parents. These phenomena exist only as illusions, not touching the true essence. The "I Am" consciousness remains unchanged, it has always been and always will be still. It does not participate in the process of change, it merely observes what happens, perceiving the images, characters, and experiences that arise through the projection of the inner world of its "avatar" – the body. Consciousness updates the game in every awakening, creating new forms of life, but it never leaves. And we are this consciousness right now.

In the deepest sense, what we call "I" is the consciousness that is always Present. We are already what we seek, that which has always been, is, and always will be.

By realizing that we are more than the body, we step out of the ”system” and free ourselves from attachment to karmic reincarnations within it. We no longer need to repeat old lessons or the cyclical nature of memories and emotions. This is a state of freedom, but it is not a given; it is a choice that each soul makes.

The body is merely a form through which consciousness manifests, and thoughts are not us either—they are processes that come and go, reflecting the current states of the mind, influenced by external factors. When we identify with them, we lose connection with who we truly are, with what lies beyond these temporary manifestations and constructions.

By expanding our perception, we gain access to deeper levels of consciousness and true desires. Energy, now flowing freely within us, naturally guides us to the source of strength and harmony. However, when energy is lacking, perception narrows, and we begin to identify with external manifestations—body, emotions, or thoughts—once again “adjusting” our world to fit them.

This may seem like a vicious cycle, but in reality, it is a natural process. Just as we once learned to walk, we are now practicing on internal and external “training grounds”, disidentifying with what is temporary and changeable, and rooting ourselves in our freedom, creating harmony in resonance with our heart.

The connection with the Higher Self is the foundation of the new reality.

To begin connecting with your Higher Self, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and exhale slowly. Bring your awareness to your entire body and feel it. Imagine a warm, soft light inside you, filling you with peace. This light is your Higher Self. Allow it to flow freely through you, dissolving tension and guiding you toward your highest good. Feel gratitude for this moment and for the simple fact that you Are. Fill yourself with harmony, take another deep breath, and open your eyes with clarity and peace.
